My knit design journey began in 2021 when I asked my boss if I could repair the Dubied machine in our lab. Her response? 'Knock yourself out.' Over the course of a week, without a manual, I dismantled, repaired, and reassembled the machine. Once it was up and running, I spent much of the following semester designing samples in my free time. Today, I work in my college's knitting lab, maintaining industrial flatbed machines and contributing to projects for industry, faculty, students, and my own creative endeavors
